Assistant Manager/ Manager PMO Full Time NEW

Roles & Responsibilities in Organization:

• Working closely with the assigned function’s head and key people on end to end Project Management of all cross functional critical strategic and tactical projects prioritized by Fabindia Management/ Head Strategy & Planning right from Conceptualization to creation of Gantt Charts to periodic Reviews to Closure of the project, culminating with the creation of report capturing the learning from the project, hits and misses.
• Leading or supporting transformation projects (efficiency/ productivity enhancement, opex optimization, digital transformation etc.) as per company priorities, which may involve cross functional coordination and removal of bottlenecks for successful and fast implementation
• Tracking critical KPIs for various functions on pre-defined periodicity, generating insights/ trends and reporting.
• Supporting in execution of Governance Calendar i.e. monthly functional reviews in terms of capturing key actionable into Action Trackers and monitoring progress on the same
• Process design of new processes or enhancements in existing processes to increase efficiency or cost optimization
• Supporting the Head Strategy & Planning in KRA finalization and periodic assessment activity for all HODs

Experience:

0-3 years’ experience in Retail Industry (Consulting/ Business Excellence/ Strategy & Planning/ Business Analyst, FP&A). Non – Retail/ e-commerce profiles not to apply.

Qualification:

Graduate (Engineering/ Commerce)/ Post Graduate (PGPM/ MBA) Correspondence course not to apply

Education Background:

Premier institutes i.e. Top IITs, SRCC, LSR, Top IIMs, SPJ, MDI, FMS, NMIMS, ISB, XLRI, IIFT

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Excellent Process Design Skills (Process – Activity – Task, Formats/ Annexures)
• Excellence in creating power point presentations (Slide Design & Communication)
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Experience of working with Sr. Management/ CXO levels
• Strong analytical and data management skills Good in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera would be a plus
• Exposure to ERP, Power BI & Tableau would be additional advantage
