What You’ll Do

• Lead social media strategy and execution for multiple brands
• Create content plans, campaign ideas, and monthly calendars
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & emerging platforms
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance teams
• Write sharp captions, hooks, and campaign copy
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies
• Handle client communication and presentations confidently
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and cultural moments

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital agencies
• Strong understanding of content strategy & brand communication
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience handling multiple brands/accounts
• Creative thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Expert in Performance marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Someone proactive, organized, and culturally aware
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies is a plus
