Role Description

The candidate will handle end-to-end export documentation for:

• Air shipments

• Sea shipments

• Road exports (where applicable)

• Express courier exports (FedEx, DHL – majority volume)

In addition to documentation, the role includes coordinating with international clients and internal factory teams to ensure smooth execution from dispatch to realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills

• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and courier partners

• Handling LC documentation and ensuring strict compliance

• EBRC follow-up and export regularization

• Knowledge of drawback and RoDTEP processes

• Responding to client inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and dispatch timelines

• Coordinating with internal factory teams for shipment readiness and clarifications

• Tracking shipments and maintaining export records

• Data management and reporting in Excel

• Ensuring timely dispatches without documentation errors

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation

• Strong working knowledge of air, sea, and courier export procedures

• Experience handling LC shipments

• Understanding of EBRC, bank regularization, drawback, and RoDTEP

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel

• Good written communication skills for client correspondence

• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently

• Organisational capabilities & MIS Expertise
