IT Admin Support Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT Support for hardware, software, email, login credentials, and system-related issues.
• Manage laptop dispatching, receiving, tracking, and recovery during employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC management, and support services.
• Identify and onboard new vendors as per organizational requirements.
• Manage user credentials, access management, email configuration, and system permissions.
• Support employees with technical issues related to Microsoft Outlook, login credentials, VPN, internet connectivity, and other IT-related concerns.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records properly.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including:
• Visa Processing
• Flight Ticket Booking
• Hotel Arrangements
• Travel Coordination
• Coordinate IT and administrative support during company events and meetings.
• Interact with international clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT administrative operations across the organization.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Support and IT Administration.
• Experience in laptop dispatching and asset management.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Vendor management and coordination experience.
• Knowledge of credential management, email setup, and access-related support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with international clients and teams.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in travel coordination, visa processing, and ticket booking is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,486.92 – ₹60,430.93 per month
