Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to support and help drive the growth of the Inspire Talent brand globally. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone looking to make a tangible impact across digital content, brand development, social engagement, video storytelling, and marketing analytics.
You will work closely with our leadership and commercial teams to bring fresh, bold ideas to life—crafting campaigns, analysing data, and helping us push boundaries in how we communicate with clients, learners, and the wider tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Support the planning, promotion and execution of global and virtual events, including webinars, career days, and client showcases
- Monitor performance analytics and provide actionable insights on content engagement, reach, and campaign performance
- Assist in producing and editing video content, interviews, case studies and promotional materials
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our brand messaging and visual identity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing content aligns with business goals and brand voice
- Research trends in technology, education, recruitment, and digital marketing to inform creative strategies
- Help build and manage a content calendar aligned to global campaigns and key industry moments
- Use data to track KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- A creative, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial thinker with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic video editing or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with an ability to derive insights from marketing data
- A keen interest in technology, workforce development, education, or social impact is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with a global team
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
- Previous exposure to marketing within tech, education, or recruitment sectors
- Familiarity with SEO, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools
