About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional who can independently manage core HR operations and Recruitment while aligning closely with business and leadership objectives. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling employee lifecycle management, HR operations, stakeholder coordination, employee engagement, and policy implementation in a fast-paced work environment.
This role requires strong ownership, maturity in handling employees and managers, and the ability to maintain discipline while building a healthy work culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation
* Handle attendance, leave management, regularization, and HRMS coordination
* Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and compliance documentation
* Coordinate payroll inputs, F&F process, and employee queries
Employee Relations & Business Partnering
* Act as a bridge between employees and management
* Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
* Support managers in team management, performance discussions, and disciplinary matters
* Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Recruitment & Coordination
* Coordinate hiring requirements with HODs and leadership teams
* Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts
* Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives
Policy & Compliance
* Ensure implementation of HR and other in house policies and workplace discipline
* Draft HR notices, warning letters, and internal communication when required
* Support compliance documentation and audit-related activities
Reporting & Analytics
* Prepare HR dashboards and periodic reports
* Track manpower, attrition, attendance trends, and hiring status
* Present HR updates to leadership when required
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of HR operations and labor practices
* Experience working on HRMS platforms such as Keka or similar tools
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Educational Qualification
* MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
* Equivalent experience in HR operations and employee management may also be considered
