Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic Field Sales Executives to expand our beverage footprint across key urban hubs in North India. Working from a home base within your designated city, you will travel locally to identify, onboard, and manage distributors for our carbonated and non-carbonated drink portfolio. Your primary focus is driving volume growth through strategic partner acquisition and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Distributor Onboarding: Identify and appoint new strategic distributors in assigned city territories.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly primary sales targets consistently.
• Market Expansion: Map high-potential retail and wholesale hubs for carbonated and non-carbonated segments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure consistent ordering.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and stock availability to report feedback.
• Pipeline Reporting: Deliver daily field visit reports and sales forecasts to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG field sales, specifically beverages or packaged foods.
• Network: Existing relationships with FMCG distributors and wholesale networks in the specified city.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Travel: Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi and the relevant local regional language (Punjabi, Dogri, etc.).
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
