About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, battle-tested Senior Creative / Graphic Designer to spearhead design projects for our global clientele. This isn’t a role for a simple pixel-pusher. You will be the guardian of our clients’ brand values, taking the lead on critical client migrations, conceptualizing fresh visual languages, and delivering world-class designs under tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Lead Visual Strategy: Own the end-to-end creative process, from brainstorming groundbreaking concepts to executing flawless final designs.
Brand Identity & Guidelines: Build comprehensive brand identities, logos, typography systems, and extensive brand guidebooks from scratch.
Client Migration & Management: Seamlessly take over existing client accounts, deeply understand their established brand values, and elevate their visual asset library without missing a beat.
Global Communication: Interface directly with international clients. You will pitch concepts, defend design choices, and translate client feedback into actionable design iterations.
Thrive Under Pressure: Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring dedication, focus, and premium quality even under tight turnaround times.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW, alongside a quick adaptability to new design tools.
Grit & Focus: A dedicated professional who is highly focused, self-motivated, and possesses the resilience to handle fast-paced, high-pressure agency environments.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar senior role (preferably in an agency setting).
Expert-level knowledge of branding, corporate identity, digital media, and print design.
A strong portfolio links included in your resume/application (Applications without portfolios will not be considered).
