Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the complete IT infrastructure, software systems, ERP platforms, data security, and technical support functions for real estate operations. The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations across project sites and head office, supporting business applications (ERP/CRM), maintaining cybersecurity, and enabling digital transformation across the organization.

The incumbent will act as a key enabler for technology-driven efficiency in project execution, finance, CRM, purchase, and site operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware across head office and project sites.
• Ensure uninterrupted IT services including internet connectivity, email systems, LAN/WAN, and cloud services.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment at offices and construction sites.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

ERP & Business Applications

• Manage ERP systems used for real estate operations including projects, procurement, billing, CRM, and finance modules.
• Ensure accurate data entry, system updates, and user access control across departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for ERP customization, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support users in day-to-day ERP operations and provide training where required.
• Ensure integration of project, purchase, finance, and CRM data within ERP systems.

Software & Digital Systems Support

• Manage business applications such as CRM, project management tools, HRMS, and accounting software.
• Evaluate, implement, and support new software solutions for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and software providers for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all licensed software and tools used across departments.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement IT security policies, data protection measures, and access control systems.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and data protection protocols are followed.
• Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.

IT Support & Helpdesk Management

• Manage IT helpdesk support for employees across head office and project sites.
• Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT support logs, ticketing systems, and issue resolution tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and technical support.

Vendor & Asset Management

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and AMC contracts.
• Handle procurement of IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and networking equipment.
• Maintain IT asset register and ensure proper lifecycle management of assets.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate service contracts.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare regular MIS reports on IT operations, system performance, asset utilization, and issue resolution.
• Provide updates on ERP usage, system efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Report IT risks, system downtimes, and improvement plans to management.

Project Coordination & Support

• Support project teams with IT infrastructure setup at construction sites.
• Enable digital tools for project tracking, site reporting, and communication systems.
• Coordinate with all departments (Projects, CRM, Finance, Purchase, HR, Admin) for IT requirements.
• Support implementation of automation and digital workflows across business functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering.
• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry.
• Strong experience in ERP systems and enterprise application management.
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing multi-location IT operations (office + sites).

Preferred Skills

• ERP implementation and support experience (Real Estate ERP preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data backup systems, and cybersecurity tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
