Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all manuscripts are thoroughly proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain high editorial standards across all deliverables.
- Assign and monitor tasks for editors, ghostwriters, and quality check teams.
- Ensure optimal workload distribution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Supervise the editorial review process to ensure content aligns with company guidelines and client expectations.
- Provide feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for authors.
- Communicate updates, gather inputs, and address queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and sales to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Track project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Identify gaps in editorial processes and suggest improvements.
