📲 Social Media Management
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content daily across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and key dates.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy that resonates with Mirada’s audience- parents, gifters, and kids’ lifestyle enthusiasts.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions- building a warm, engaged community.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure content is on-brand, high-quality, and platform-optimised.
• Stay ahead of trending audio, reels formats, and platform features to keep Mirada’s feed fresh and relevant.
🎨 Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
• Conceptualise and brief creatives for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
• Write product descriptions, ad copies, emailers, and website content that align with brand tone.
• Develop engaging short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure all content is consistent with Mirada’s visual identity, voice, and brand guidelines.
📣 Influencer & Community Marketing
• Identify, outreach, brief, and manage influencer partnerships- nano to macro across parenting, gifting, and lifestyle niches.
• Track influencer deliverables, review content for brand alignment, and report on performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with brand advocates, loyal customers, and community members.
• Manage UGC repurposing- ideate, curate, and publish UGC across platforms.
📊 Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
• Plan and execute Meta (Instagram + Facebook) ad campaigns- awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display.
• Execute Sponsored Ads and keyword performance.
• Support landing page briefs and coordinate with the tech team for UTM tracking and pixel setup.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
🛒 Website Maintenance
• Manage product listings- titles, bullets, A+ content, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate with the marketing and marketplace team on deals, promotions, and sale events
• Track and improve product page conversion rates and ratings/reviews.
📈 Analytics, Reporting & Growth
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on social media growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
• Track and report on paid campaign performance across Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
• Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights.
• Analyse competitor social presence, content strategy, and ad activity – share takeaways proactively.
• Identify growth opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing- preferably in a D2C, kids’, lifestyle, or FMCG brand.
• Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong creative instinct– you can ideate content, write copy, and brief designers effectively.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for basic content creation & editing.
• Solid understanding of SEO basics, analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights) & performance KPIs.
• Excellent written communication skills– captions, copies, and emailers that feel on-brand and human.
