Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Career Growth Executive to support candidate onboarding, employer engagement, marketplace growth, and career solution sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people grow in their careers, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Career Support

• Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
• Help candidates understand career services and AI-powered tools
• Support candidates in improving job opportunities and career growth
• Promote subscriptions, career guidance services, and upskilling programs

Employer Engagement & Marketplace Growth

• Connect with employers and recruiters for hiring partnerships
• Onboard companies onto the Vryfide marketplace
• Encourage active job postings and employer engagement
• Build strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring teams

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and digital outreach
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
• Identify opportunities for business and marketplace growth

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent support to candidates and employers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and users

Key Requirements

• 0–4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Support, HRTech, or EdTech
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
