Contract

• Ideate, schedule, and publish content consistently across social media platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help build online communities

Content

• Monitor social media trends and competitor accounts to identify timely content opportunities
• Oversee the creation of captions, threads, reels, and short-form content aligned with campaign tone and messaging

Paid Ads & Analytics

• Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance
• Measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics

*What We’re Looking For*

• Interest in current affairs is preferred
• Basic understanding of paid digital advertising
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus
• Comfort using AI tools for content creation is a plus
• Proficiency in regional languages is preferred (Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages)
• Organised, consistent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field (plus)
