Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, based in Gurugram. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring performance marketing campaigns while optimizing digital strategies to meet business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, conducting market research, and coordinating with teams to ensure seamless execution of performance marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role may involve mentoring team members and contributing to client-focused marketing strategies.

• Experience in Performance Management with a focus on campaign optimization and achievement of business objectives.
• Expertise in Training and guiding team members for skill enhancement and performance improvements.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to allocate resources effectively and optimize ROI on marketing investments.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client and organizational needs.
• Understanding of the healthcare or lifesciences industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
