Role Overview
The coordinator will manage leads, maintain structured volunteer records, and ensure smooth coordination of activities within Stairless Journey, contributing to efficient operations and effective volunteer management.
Key Responsibilities
• Track and manage leads effectively
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain attendance records during meetings
• Prepare official documents such as Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
• Maintain and organize a complete volunteer database (photo, DOB, city, joining date, duration)
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination of volunteer-related information
• Conduct research work to support ongoing projects
