Accountant, HR & Admin Full Time

Neelam Infrastructures Company is looking for experience and dedicated professionals to be a part of our growing construction team.

5-6 Year experience required for both positions.

Position 1: Accountant

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• M.Com / MBA Finance preferred
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel

Job Requirements:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries
• Maintain purchase, sales, and bank records
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Maintain petty cash and expense records
• Coordinate with auditors and vendors
• Prepare MIS reports and salary processing support
• Good knowledge of Excel formulas and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position 2 : HR Exclusive & Admin

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Administration / Management
• MBA in HR preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR processes

Job Requirements:

• Handle recruitment and joining formalities
• Maintain employee attendance, PF, ESIC & labour law compliance.
• Payroll coordination and employee documentation
• Manage employee engagement activities
• Handle office administration and
• Maintain HR files and statutory compliance records
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and team coordination efficiently
