Job Title: System Administrator (IT Infrastructure)

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system performance, security, and connectivity across the organization. The role may also include support for digital screen infrastructure and field operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365, Zoho, email domains, and user accounts
• Handle system security, access control, and network connectivity
• Configure and maintain hardware, software, routers, and internet systems
• Manage DNS, domains, hosting, CCTV, and IP camera systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT issues
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors
• Support digital signage/screen operations and connectivity when needed

Requirements

• Experience in System Administration / IT Support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, DNS, and hosting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera systems is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required
• Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Kinfra Park,Menamkulam, Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
