Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Operations Executive based in Indore. The role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations related to import-export logistics, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The position also includes maintaining proper documentation for all shipments, keeping track of import/export activities, and resolving any operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Import Logistics, Export, and Import processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and maintain accurate documentation
• Problem-solving skills to address logistics and operational challenges
• Familiarity with international trade compliance and regulations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics-related software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred
