Job Summary

RCIPMS is a paramedical Institute located near Sikanderpur, Banthara, Lucknow, UP. We are rapidly increasing our admission staff. We require minimum 2 Admission Counselors who can persuade “student leads” and convert them into admission.

Job requirement include but not limited to :

• Make and Receive Phone calls to encourage students to take admission
• Work on leads (it will be given) and persuade them to take admission

Responsibilities and Duties

On a regular basis, candidate must take initiatives to increase enrollment

• Make phone calls to prospective students
• Attend Phone calls and WhatsApp messages of students making admission enquiry
• Help students in completing admission process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in admission Counseling is mandatory
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Windows 10
• Strong Persuasion Skills
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Must love talking and must be able to make friends easily, pleasing personality
