Job Title: Operations Executive – Returns

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end return and reverse logistics operations
● Coordinate with warehouse team for return processing and stock updates
● Work closely with courier partners for return pickups and tracking
● Identify and track missing, damaged, or short-received products
● Maintain accurate records of returns, discrepancies, and resolutions
● Follow up on pending returns and ensure timely closure
● Handle internal and client communication regarding return status and issues
● Prepare reports on return, issues, and operational gaps
Skills & Qualifications
● 1–2 years of experience in operations / logistics / warehouse coordination
● Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
● Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (warehouse, courier, internal teams)
● Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
● Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment operations
● Familiarity with WMS or order management systems
● Understanding of return/reverse logistics processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
