Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Organize meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Assist in personal and professional task management
- Ensure smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Admin role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
