AI Operations Associate Full Time NEW

Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹35,000- 40,000/month (CTC negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Role

We are a matchmaking company looking for a hands-on AI Operations Associate to help us use artificial intelligence across our business — from organizing and matching client profiles to automating internal workflows. This is a high-impact role where you will directly shape how AI transforms our day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with the founders and operations team to identify opportunities, build solutions using existing AI tools, and continuously improve how we serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, structure, and maintain client profile data so it can be effectively used by AI tools for matchmaking.

• Build and refine prompt-based matching workflows that pair profiles based on criteria we define.

• Identify repetitive tasks across HR, operations, and admin, and automate them using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar.

• Generate regular data analysis and reports (client trends, match success rates, operational metrics) using AI-assisted tools.

• Set up and maintain integrations between our existing systems (CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, etc.) and AI platforms.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.

• Strong skills in prompt engineering — able to design prompts that produce reliable, consistent outputs.

• Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data cleaning.

• Experience with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with vector databases or RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) setups.

• Experience working with sensitive personal data and an understanding of data privacy basics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred. Strong portfolio of AI/automation projects can substitute for formal qualifications.
