Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system security and network connectivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks and ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and maintain data security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other required applications.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
• Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and attendance systems whenever required.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, CRM, and other company software applications.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing and IT support when required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and antivirus tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
