Core Server & Infrastructure ManagementHosting Environment: Configure, monitor, and maintain underlying server environments, primarily Linux-based setups (e.g., AlmaLinux, CloudLinux) and control panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk).Cloud & Virtualization: Administer cloud infrastructure via platforms like AWS (e.g., EC2) to ensure scalable and cost-effective hosting solutions.Performance Tuning: Manage and optimize server caches (e.g., LiteSpeed/LSCache) and edge networks like Cloudflare (WAF, CDN, DNS) to improve Core Web Vitals and site speed.Security & ComplianceSite Hardening: Implement rigorous security measures, including firewalls, malware scanning, and regular security patching.SSL Certificates: Provision, monitor, and renew SSL/TLS certificates to ensure secure, encrypted data transmission.Access Control: Oversee multi-site user roles, ensuring permissions strictly follow the principle of least privilege. roubleshooting & UpgradesCore & Plugin Updates: Safely test and deploy updates for WordPress Core, themes, and plugins without breaking site functionality.Incident Management: Resolve technical errors such as the “White Screen of Death,” database connection drops, DNS propagation delays, and email deliverability issues.Migration & DeploymentSite Migrations: Seamlessly transfer WordPress websites between staging, development, and live environments, or across different hosting providers.Version Control: Manage deployments using version control systems like GitHub to track changes and collaborate efficiently with development teams
