Role: Executive HR & Admin

Reporting to: Senior Manager HR

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Role Outline: An HR and Admin Executive acts as a key link between HR policies and daily administrative tasks, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring a smooth-running workplace. They manage employee records, handle administrative functions, and assist in implementing HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & on boarding

• Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and joining formalities of new hires. 
• Updation of Data in HRMS System & Biometric
• Arranging for System/ Visiting Cards and ID cards of new joiners

Record Keeping

• Personal File Management
• Preparing of Offer, Appoitment, Confirmation and Relieving letters

Payroll Inputs & Statutory Compliance

• End to end Ownership of Attendance & Biometrics
• Taking Attendance from all the sites and compiling the same and submitting to HR Manager for salary processing.
• Filing of Monthly PF & ESIC Challan

Employee engagement & Communication

• Coordinate with employees for town halls and team-building initiatives.
• Planing employee engagement activates, Birthday and anniversary wishes and fun at work activities.
• Coordination for Training Programs as per Training Calender
• Preparing Monthly News letters

Administrative Operations

• Any other administrative task as per requirement

Key Skills and Experience

·        Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources is preferred.

·        Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR and administration.

·        Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Well versed with MS office applications/HRMS Software.
