Corporate IT Trainer Full Time NEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable IT Trainer who will be responsible for training candidates on various IT skills, preparing them for real-time projects, and enhancing their employability. The role includes providing guidance on IT project documentation, conducting mock interviews, and supporting candidates throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on relevant IT technologies and concepts.
• Guide candidates in preparing IT project documentation (SRS, BRD, test cases, etc.).
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve candidate performance.
• Assist candidates in understanding real-time project workflows and best practices.
• Support resume building and profile enhancement.
• Evaluate candidate progress and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to candidates.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT concepts (Software Development, Testing, or relevant domain).
• Experience in creating and reviewing project documentation.
• Good understanding of interview processes and common technical/HR questions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage.
