Role Description

Driving consumer facing supply chain quality of Dairy & Non – Dairy Products independently across Pune and Mumbai city. ➢ Work closely with Sales and Marketing, Cross dock, Logistics, Drivers, Spokes, last mile distribution partner & plant teams and prepare action plan to address the various product quality, storage and handling concerns. ➢ Should possess good product knowledge and its behaviour under different storage condition, handling, and transit. ➢ Should be capable handling communications from concerned department and prepare action list, Coordinate. with plant for action plan execution. ➢ Good trouble shooter, communicator, ability to do thorough RCA and draft SOPs for product handling and quality. ➢ Project a committed attitude by showing a willingness to do whatever it takes to fulfil the duties of positions and via the development of innovative ideas to make the company even better. ➢ Should be an effective interface between market and plant. Keep track on consumer complaints which were purely related to supply chain and fix all the gaps. ➢ Know the details of geography of product supply and understand the challenges in distribution channels such as direct distribution, GT, MT, HLA, agent etc. Closely work with respective teams and solve the quality issues. ➢ Should visit a customer’s place and understand the problems faced by consumers and interpret. ➢ Conducting supplier and vendor audits to ensure quality and food safety requirements. ➢ Willing to take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. ➢ QA MIS – Daily, Weekly and Monthly summary on issues noticed and solved. ➢ New product launches and trains the supply chain work force on emerging handling
