Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on front‑end development to support Q3 capacity goals. The role balances UI responsibilities with backend performance tasks, ensuring modern, scalable, and observable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end applications using React, TypeScript, and Vue.
• Contribute to backend services, focusing on API gateway microservices and performance optimization.
• Implement observability tools to monitor latency, reliability, and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to align on Agile/SDLC processes.
• Participate in a multi‑round interview process as both candidate and future mentor, reporting to Jensen for managerial growth.
• Support hybrid/remote feasibility discussions and contribute to team success in scaling roadmap delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Vue.
• Experience with full‑stack development, balancing front‑end UI and backend API work.
• Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk) for performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and modern microservice architectures.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to AWS and cloud‑native environments.
• Prior experience in fintech or payment gateway systems (bonus).
• Ability to manage hybrid/remote work dynamics.
