Junior Creative Producer Full Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Creative Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is the ultimate problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You will be the central hub for our vertical video projects, responsible for guiding them seamlessly from initial concept and pre-production through physical production, post-production, and final delivery. If you speak both “creative” and “logistics” fluently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

• Actively participate in brainstorming and conceptualization meetings to help shape creative direction while ensuring the logistical feasibility of new video concepts.
• Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive schedules, and workflows for our recurring brands.
• Assist in resourcing and booking necessary talent, crew, locations, and equipment.

Production Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (Account managers, and creative teams) to ensure clear communication.
• Oversee on-set or remote production to ensure days run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and implement effective solutions on the fly.

Post-Production & Delivery

• Manage post-production schedules.
• Facilitate the review and feedback process.
• Consolidate and translate creative feedback into actionable steps for the post-production team.
• Ensure the final delivery of all video assets in the correct formats, maintaining strict quality control and archiving project files appropriately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of project management experience specifically within a video production agency, in-house studio, or similar creative environment.
• Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entire video production lifecycle (Pre-Pro, Pro, Post-Pro).
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with video formats, aspect ratios, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing production budgets
