Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Patient Relationship Manager. The role involves managing patient interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout their healthcare journey. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining excellent communication, addressing patient concerns, and guiding them through treatment processes. The Patient Relationship Manager will also collaborate with doctors and clinic staff, ensuring smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to empathize and build trust with patients
• Patient scheduling and time management expertise to handle appointments effectively
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and ability to maintain precise records
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for resolving patient concerns
• Fluency in English and local languages for clear communication with diverse patients
• Customer service experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred
