Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media Manager (Fresher / Entry-Level) who can plan, create, and manage content across platforms while understanding audience behavior and brand positioning. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in building and scaling digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms
- Create and manage posts (text, image, short-form content)
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and interactions
- Coordinate with design and content teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Open to graduates from any field or self-taught candidates
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Understanding of trends and audience psychology
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in managing social media pages
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
- Understanding of analytics and insights
- Portfolio of previous content or pages handled
