Junior Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

Position Summary

The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, website content, SEO, and online campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is creative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and other digital platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content for LinkedIn, company website, email newsletters, and other channels.
• Assist with maintaining and updating website content, job postings, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and website analytics.
• Help prepare reports on marketing metrics, campaign results, and digital performance.
• Assist in creating graphics, basic visual assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, success stories, job market insights, and recruitment updates.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and client-facing marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital materials.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, or similar tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital storytelling.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Amenable to work MST (Canada Time Zone)
• Ability to work On-Call
