Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Speaker Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-impact speakers for forums, conducting outreach campaigns, and managing relationships with thought leaders and industry experts. Responsibilities include maintaining a speaker database, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication to deliver engaging event experiences. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align speaker selections with event themes and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with event planning, speaker coordination, or talent acquisition
• Proficiency in research and identifying emerging industry leaders and trends
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing logistics and schedules
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in forging partnerships within industries, such as business, technology, or finance, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
