OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (WFH)
Work From Home
Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000
Preferred: Candidates from Ernakulam
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate laundry order updates
- Assign pickup & delivery orders to delivery executives
- Handle customer calls and support
- Take ready-order updates from laundry partners
- Maintain and update Excel sheets daily
- Monitor smooth order flow and delivery status
✅ Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Ability to coordinate and multitask
- Responsible and punctual
- Smartphone/Laptop with internet connection
