Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end offset printing and postpress operations, ensuring timely and high-quality output
• Prepare and execute production plans for duplex mono cartons, corrugated cartons, rigid boxes, and folding cartons
• Train operators on machine handling, SOPs, and 5S standards across laminators, die-cutters (auto/manual), and folder-gluers
• Coordinate job allocation and manpower planning across printing, postpress, and corrugation departments
• Ensure raw material availability and align production with urgent delivery schedules from Sales/PM teams
• Drive maximum machine and manpower utilization while minimizing wastage and non-conformance
• Supervise a team of 200+ employees, fostering motivation, discipline, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and troubleshoot machine breakdowns, coordinating with maintenance engineers for timely resolution
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain daily MIS reports, production logs, and performance metrics for review and optimization

Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in offset printing production, with exposure to duplex mono cartons, corrugated cartons, and rigid boxes
• Strong technical knowledge of offset machines, laminators, die-cutters, folder-gluers, and corrugation setups
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high-volume production environments
• Skilled in production planning, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination
• Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and QMS implementation
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, ERP, and SAP systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
