Human Resources Associate (ONLY FOR FRESHERS) Full Time

We are looking for a highly driven Campus Outreach & Partnerships Associate who will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges and universities. The primary goal is to collaborate with institutions for student hiring, internships, and program partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident in communication, good at networking, and can independently drive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to colleges, universities, and training institutes for collaboration opportunities
• Connect with Placement Cells / TPOs (Training & Placement Officers)
• Pitch our hiring programs, internships, and collaboration models
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions
• Coordinate with colleges to organize hiring drives, webinars, and workshops
• Maintain a database of colleges and track outreach progress
• Follow up consistently to close partnerships

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Ability to pitch confidently and handle objections
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Prior experience in outreach, sales, or campus ambassador programs is a plus
