About the Role
We are looking for a hungry Account Executive who lives and breathes social media. It’s for someone who wants to build something, own something, and make their mark at a fast-growing creative agency.
You don’t need years of experience. You need the instincts of a digital mindset and the work ethic of someone who shows up and gets things done with no excuses. You’ll work across client accounts, help build new verticals, and be a core part of the team that shapes what Moksha becomes next.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts – be their go-to person, keep things moving, keep clients happy.
- Track and report on social media performance across Instagram and other platforms— know what’s working and what isn’t.
- Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes — and brief the creative team accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, video) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.
- Assist in pitching and onboarding new clients as Moksha expands into new categories and verticals.
- Research competitor accounts, benchmark performance, and bring fresh ideas to the table in brainstorming sessions.
- Help in building new service verticals — be willing to roll up your sleeves and figure things out from scratch.
- Maintain content calendars, trackers, and client reporting sheets with precision and consistency.
- Be the voice that flags problems early, solves them faster, and never lets a deadline slip quietly.
Who Should Apply
- You are genuinely obsessed with social media, you notice trends before they peak, you know why a Reel works, and you have opinions about content.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience care more about your mindset than your resume.
- Excellent communicator.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and someone who takes ownership without being told twice.
- Comfortable with ambiguity- startup life means wearing multiple hats and figuring things out without a playbook.
- You have a fighter mentality. Targets stress you out just enough to push you harder, not shut you down.
- Bonus: Prior internship in a marketing/media/content role, or a personal brand/page you’ve grown yourself.

Location & Duration: Full Time/Gurugram
CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Good to have
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing or performance marketing concepts.
- Experience running or contributing to a brand’s social media page — even as an intern or freelancer.
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or retail categories (where most of our clients operate).
- Someone who follows marketing Twitter/X, reads case studies for fun, or has a favorite ad campaign.
