Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Accountant role based in Silvassa. The Industrial Accountant will handle financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial data, and offering recommendations for improving financial efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to implement effective cost controls and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, and Budgeting principles
• Expertise in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems for accounting, and advanced skills in Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret and present financial data
• Knowledge of tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA qualification is an advantage
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
