Lead Business Analyst – AI Products Full Time NEW

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements for AI solutions
• Elicit and refine user stories and functional requirements to align with business goals and technical feasibility
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and process improvements
• Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams across front-end and back-end operations
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Maintain detailed business process documentation ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on business analysis and AI product development
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI solutions
• Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence and similar project management tools
• Understanding of automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies for modern infrastructure adoption
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills for driving continuous process improvement
