As we expand our performance marketing division, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious Search Marketing Specialist who wants to grow into a leadership role while working directly with founders and decision-makers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Search Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in both SEO and Paid Advertising across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.

This is not just an execution role. You will play a key role in shaping strategies, managing campaigns, improving performance, collaborating with account managers, and overseeing the search marketing team to deliver measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Develop and manage SEO strategies including:
• Technical SEO
• On-page optimization
• Keyword research
• Content strategy
• Link building
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve:
• ROAS
• CPL
• Lead quality
• Organic rankings and traffic
• Work closely with founders, account managers, designers, and content teams
• Guide and oversee the search marketing team to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery
• Build performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations for clients
• Stay updated with platform updates, AI-driven marketing trends, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• SEO
• Good understanding of:
• Conversion funnels
• Search intent
• Analytics and tracking
• Landing page optimization
• Experience using tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Tag Manager
• SEMrush / Ahrefs
• Looker Studio
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus
