Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years in leadership/technical management role
• Experience handling development teams, product lifecycle, and client delivery

Salary Range: 12 – 15 LPA

Roles:

• Lead the overall technology strategy and product development
• Manage and mentor software development teams
• Oversee architecture, coding standards, security, and scalability
• Drive innovation and implement emerging technologies
• Coordinate with management and clients for project execution
• Ensure timely delivery of software products and customized solutions
• Improve product performance, development processes, and technical efficiency
• Manage technical support, infrastructure, and system integrations
• Participate in business growth and technical decision-making

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong technical background in Software Development & Architecture
• Experience in ERP/Product based company preferred
• Knowledge of .NET, Angular, SQL, Cloud Technologies, Mobile & Web Applications preferred
