Canddidate must having Personal laptop and head phone.

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining services/courses, handling inquiries, and maintaining good communication with clients.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and leads

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Follow up with interested candidates/customers

Maintain call records and update customer details

Build positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and confidence in speaking

Ability to handle customer conversations politely

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
