The Opportunity
Most startups treat design and content as an afterthought. We do not. How we look, how we communicate, and how we show up online is a direct reflection of the product we are building and the clinics we serve.
DIVA 360° is already live with clinics across the US. We are growing fast and we need someone who can own the entire creative and content surface of the brand, from the website to social media to visual identity, and make it impossible to ignore.
This role exists because we need one person who takes complete ownership of how Dezy It and DIVA 360° look and sound to the world.
Role Overview
This is not a “create pretty graphics” role. It is not a “post three times a week” role.
You will own the entire visual and content presence of the brand. That means the website, the branding, the content calendar, the social channels, the blogs, the infographics, and everything in between. You will build it, maintain it, iterate on it, and grow it.
You will leverage AI tools and automation to move faster than a traditional team of three. Comfort with AI-powered workflows is not a bonus here, it is the expectation.

What You Will Own
1. Website Design, Build and Maintenance You own the Wix website end to end. Design, copy, pages, structure, speed, SEO, and ongoing updates. If something looks off or performs poorly, it is yours to fix.
2. SEO and Blog Content You will research, write, and publish blog content optimized for search. You understand that good content is both well-written and well-ranked. You own both.
3. Visual Branding and Identity You maintain and evolve the visual identity of Dezy It and DIVA 360° across all touchpoints. Every asset, every graphic, every template should feel cohesive and intentional.
4. Social Media and Content Distribution You own the content calendar and distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. You write, design, schedule, and post. You track what works and double down on it.
5. Infographics and Campaign Assets You create visual content that communicates complex ideas simply and compellingly. From one-pagers to social carousels to email graphics, you produce assets that convert attention into action.
6. Demo Assets, Voice Recordings and Video Content
You will create and manage personalized demo materials that bring DIVA 360° to life. This includes AI-generated and manually produced voice recordings for the website, interactive product demo videos, and personalized video content for outbound and campaign use. These assets are often the first real experience a clinic owner has with the product. They need to be sharp, credible, and conversion-focused.
7. AI-Powered Workflows and Automation You actively use AI tools for content creation, design production, scheduling, and automation. You are not waiting for someone to tell you which tools to use. You find them, test them, and build faster because of them.
A Day in This Role
- Working on website updates, new pages, or SEO improvements
- Creating and scheduling content across social channels
- Designing visual assets for campaigns, blogs, or product launches
- Iterating on brand assets based on performance data
- Experimenting with AI tools to automate repetitive creative tasks
- Producing or editing a demo recording, product video, or voice asset for the website or outbound campaigns
- Weekly review of content performance and brand presence with the founding team
What Success Looks Like in 3 Months
- Website is clean, fast, well-structured, and ranking for target keywords
- A consistent content calendar is live and running across all channels
- Visual brand identity is cohesive across every touchpoint
- Content is driving measurable traffic, engagement, and inbound interest
- A library of sharp demo assets, voice recordings, and product videos is live and actively supporting the sales and marketing pipeline
- You have built AI-powered workflows that make you faster every week
- The founding team trusts you completely with the brand
You Will Be Measured On
- Website conversion rate: visitors to inbound leads
- Content output and posting consistency
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Inbound leads influenced by content
- Visual brand consistency across all channels
- Speed of execution and iteration
Must Have
- Strong design sensibility: you have an eye for what looks good and what does not
- Hands-on with Wix or similar website builders
- Comfortable writing content in English: blogs, captions, website copy
- Active user of AI tools for design, content, or automation
- High ownership: if the brand looks bad, you feel it personally
- Consistent execution: you ship work, not ideas
Good to Have
- Experience with SEO and keyword research
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Prior startup or agency experience
- Understanding of B2B SaaS or healthcare branding
- Exposure to tools like Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms
- Interest in AI products and what they are changing across industries
Compensation and Growth
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Monthly Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000 fixed
- Performance-linked incentives based on revenue opportunities generated
- Full-Time PPO based on measurable output and ownership
- Full-Time Salary: Based on performance. We pay well for people who deliver.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per hour
