Position Title: Training Manager

Job Purpose:
The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all learning & development initiatives across the hotel. The role focuses on enhancing team member capability, driving service excellence, improving guest experience, supporting leadership development, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and hospitality best practices.
