Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Role & responsibilities
Assist in processing vendor invoices and payment requests
Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Maintain and update accounts payable records
Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status and queries
Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents
Support the finance team in other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Preferred Candidate Profile
Recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
