Roles & Responsibilities

S trategic topics

• Steering of FBU Strategy, Portfolio Strategy (ICE and BEV), Connected Car,
• Electrification strategy etc.
• Product content definition, offer structure, line-up, derivatives, mixes/IR
• Pricing, Positioning, Index analysis, volume planning
• Market inputs for project milestone
• Timeline management and inter-department coordination

Lifecycle Management for all carlines

• Product specifications, features, line up, product mix, model year changes
• Planning and management of Cross car line offerings
• Content development for Marketing, PoS, training, Press release
• Assist Sales Operations to achieve volumes and market share objectives
• Pricing of current and to-be-introduced models
• Pricing analysis (price online)
• Liaisoning with HQ and Group for pricing proposal and approval
• Pricing changes as per tax regime
• CIS system adaptions & checks

Launch Management

• Work with Technical & Homologation Depts. for launch of new products
• Product content definition, offer structure, line-up, derivatives, mixes/IR
• Pricing, Positioning, Index analysis, volume planning
• Market inputs for project milestone
• Steering of Launch team meetings and coordination with all departments
• Special Edition Planning and Content Creation
• Special edition planning, content, pricing, feasibility, tactical, implementation
• Product and Competition analysis
• Forecast and market analysis for better understanding of customers, market dynamics, business and macro-economic environment & general, economic, socio-anthropological trends
• Assist proper demand estimation and Sales Planning by providing data/info on short to mid-term plans & promotions
• Competition price movement & price analysis for current projects

Cross functional support

• Steering launch team meetings at brand level
• Functional car arrangements for events, shoots, launches, drives
• Support to Finance: Red Flagging of any deviation/constraints to profitability targets
• Support to Admin/HR: Prompt resolution of Personnel, G&A related issues
• Support to Network Development, Sales Training, After Sales, CRM & PR
