- Prepare and excute Porsche Network plan for India and identify potential white spots and markets for Porsche set up
- Implementing Porsche global retail and service format in India
- Planning, construction and activation of dealer facilities in accordance with Porsche guidelines
- Budget planning and utilization for NMD function
- Appointment of new dealer partners as per process defined by Porsche India
- Define NMD related payouts and penalty policy for dealer network
- Handling dealer partner exits and ensuring legal compliance
- Support other functions and tasks such as DMS roll out, Performance evaluations, etc
- Monitoring dealer financial reporting
- Representing Porsche India from Network Function at various PME, PAG and SAVWIPL forums and programs such as NQ conference and Shared projects such as dealer profitability study, etc
