Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager with experience in the Automotive / Automobile Manufacturing industry. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer requirements
Conduct regular client visits (weekly/monthly) for relationship building and business expansion
Support the Marketing Head with documentation and reporting
Coordinate with the factory team to ensure smooth dispatch and order fulfillment
Work closely with branch teams for sales support and development activities
Handle customer communication, queries, and complaints independently
Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards (ISO systems)
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Experience in Automotive / Automobile Manufacturing industry (Marketing/Sales)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
Self-driven with high ownership and initiative
Comfortable with frequent travel across India
Good industry network / client exposure preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of ISO processes is an added advantage
