Are you passionate about Quality Management Systems and looking for a role with long-term global career potential? We’re looking for an ambitious QMS & ISO Specialist to join our growing back-end operations team in Ahmedabad.

This is a unique opportunity to take complete ownership of building our quality framework from scratch, achieving our initial ISO 9001:2015 certification, and managing ongoing QMS processes for an expanding international wholesale distribution business. This is a full time project—it is a career path for a long-term leadership track within our global compliance team.

🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

As our QMS & ISO Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our quality framework. You will bridge the gap between our international sales communication, warehouse logistics, and IT networks to embed a culture of continuous improvement and standard operating excellence.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead the end-to-end implementation to achieve and maintain our initial ISO 9001:2015 certification

✅ Map, develop, and control QMS documentation (SOPs, process maps, quality manuals) tailored for international sales and warehouse operations

✅ Align and integrate quality workflows within our Odoo ERP system to ensure digital traceability

✅ Plan and conduct internal audits; track findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions (CAPA)

✅ Identify operational nonconformities, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain risk registers

✅ Coordinate closely with international department heads and drive Management Review Meetings

✅ Conduct employee awareness sessions and QMS training programs

✅ Monitor quality KPIs and prepare performance reports for global leadership

• 2–5 years of experience in QMS / ISO 9001 (Ideally within supply chain, wholesale, logistics, or back-office operations)

• Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 clauses and audit methodology

• Strong process-writing skills—ability to turn warehouse, Logistics and sales workflows into clean SOPs

• Tech-savvy with a strong willingness to work with modern ERP systems (Odoo experience is a major plus)

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred

• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills to collaborate with global stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines independently

➕ NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint for QMS documentation

• Exposure to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) or ISO 27001 (Information Security) concepts is preferred but not essential.
