Excel and data management specialist volunteer Full Time

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

GiveWise Educational Foundation is an education-focused initiative working to provide free guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students.

We are building a structured system for managing data, tracking performance, and generating reports to improve our impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Excel Expert who can create and manage data systems, training sheets, and reporting dashboards for our NGO operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and manage Excel / Google Sheets for:

• Student data tracking
• Staff performance tracking
• Daily/weekly reports
• Attendance and class records

– Design automated sheets (formulas, basic dashboards)

– Organize and structure data properly

– Create training sheets/templates for team use

– Generate reports and insights from data

REQUIREMENTS:

– Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

– Experience with formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, basic dashboards)

– Good data organization skills

– Attention to detail

– Ability to create structured and user-friendly sheets

Preferred:

– Experience working with NGOs / education sector

– Basic understanding of reporting systems

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This is a volunteer-based role as we are currently in the initial phase and operating without external funding.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain real-world experience in data management, reporting, and system building.

As the organization grows, there will be opportunities for long-term and paid roles.
